Menu test 1: Herb grilled chicken, bacon-carmelized onions, arugala, melted munster & bleu cheese, garlic spread on toasted sourdough

First menu item for The Rusty Stick...taken from the style of rustic cooking.  For those of you unfamiliar with what rustic cooking means, you're in for a treat.  Follow me, Chef Albért on twitter and find the stand that will serve and educate you on this style of cooking.  The recipe for this glorious-ness will also be posted, so stay tuned.  It's all in the works.  As for now, you may drool at this picture.

Back from sabbatical...The Rusty Stick

It's been a while, but I'm back from my sabbatical and ready to cook up a storm!  My next idea will take inspiration from Rustic cooking--inspired by log cabins, wood-burning stoves, and hearty portions.  I'll keep you posted when and where I'm setting up the stand, complete with cooking lessons to follow!  It's about the art of culinary living, not just the food I serve.  Don't forget to follow me on twitter or fan me on facebook to get the latest updates.
