Italian Sandwich: Ham, salami, pepperoni, swiss and provolone, lettuce, tomato, italian dressing on artisan bread

From a party I did...giant 6-foot sandwich on artisan bread.  I shopped for the bread (available only because I'm the "pimpalicious" chef), ingredients, and assembled this epic hogie then hand delivered it for a party.
