Grilled Veggies with Cured Salmon and Cheese on toast

From a party I did...shopped ingredients, prepared vegetable and meat platters and grilled on the spot for 50 some guests.  I also made 3 sauces that day, my "pimpalicious" red and white wine reductions:

Port reduction - goes great with steak
Cabernet reduction - goes great with steak
Chardonnay reduction with cream - goes great with fish
