Today I tested a recipe for a pork slider that the owner of the bar "The Falls" asked me to make, for their happy hour menu. I decided to do a pork belly slider. The mix of crunchy savory seared pork belly next to a cool cilantro cole slaw is a perfect happy hour dish for the end of summer.
Finished product: Pork belly slider
Pork belly, straight out of the convection oven. Beautiful.
Cole slaw mix: Cilantro, carrots, onions,
red and white cabbage, special dressing.
